Educational Qualification/শিক্ষা : এইটো পদত আবেদন কৰিবলৈ প্ৰাৰ্থী সকলৰ শিক্ষা Ph.D. হোৱাৰ লগতে 2 বছৰৰ post qualification experience থাকিব লাগিব। ( The qualification should be in the discipline of Social Science/Agriculture/Statistics/Technology ).

বয়স : 40 বছৰৰ ভিতৰত হ'ব লাগিব। আনহাতে চৰকাৰি নিয়ম অনুসৰি আছে Upper Age Relaxtation.
