Eligibility Criteria - of BTC Forest Department Recruitment 2024
AGE LIMIT
The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 25 years of age as on 31st January 2024 i.e.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as follows:-
(i) By 3 Years for OBC Candidates.(18 to 28)
(ii) By 5 Years for ST Candidates. (18 to 30)
(iii) By 5 Years for SC Candidates. (18 to 30)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
(i) Forester-1: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Discipline from a Recognized University or Equivalent.
(ii) Forest Guards: Minimum Class HS (10+2) Passed.
SALARY
(i) Forester-1: PB-2 Rs.14,000/- To Rs.49,000/- With Grade Pay Rs.6,200/-
(ii) Forest Guards: PB-2 Rs.14,000/- To Rs.49,000/- With Grade Pay Rs.5,600/-

BTC Forest Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection of BTC Forest Recruitment 2024 will include:
- Written Test
- Physical Fitness Test
- Viva-Voce Test
Written Test: The exam will cover General Knowledge, General Mathematics, and English of Higher Secondary standard for Forester-I and HSLC standard for Forest Guard.
Physical Fitness Test: Candidates must cover 26 km for male candidates and 16 km for female candidates within 4 hours. A medical examination will also be conducted.

Viva Voce Test: Candidates who qualify in the Written & Physical Fitness Test will have to appear for the Viva Voce Test.
